Human Rights & Labor Standards Policy

1. Purpose & Commitment


Six Rows Global Corp. (“Six Rows”, “the Company”) is committed to respecting human rights and upholding responsible labor standards across all activities, engagements, and business relationships.


This Policy reflects Six Rows’ commitment to conducting operations in a manner consistent with applicable human rights laws, internationally recognized principles, and ethical expectations associated with government and internationally funded programs.


2. Scope of Application


This Policy applies to:

  • Six Rows Global Corp.
  • Any individual acting on behalf of the Company
  • Contractors, consultants, agents, subcontractors, and partners engaged in connection with Six Rows’ operations


The Policy applies across all jurisdictions in which Six Rows operates or supports program execution.


3. Human Rights Principles


Six Rows Global Corp. respects internationally recognized human rights principles, including those reflected in:

  • The Universal Declaration of Human Rights
  • The International Labour Organization (ILO) core conventions
  • Applicable Canadian human rights legislation


Six Rows seeks to avoid causing, contributing to, or being directly linked to adverse human rights impacts through its activities or business relationships.


4. Prohibition of Forced & Child Labor


Six Rows Global Corp. prohibits:

  • Forced labor, bonded labor, or involuntary labor of any kind
  • Human trafficking or exploitation
  • The use of child labor in violation of applicable laws or international standards

The Company expects its contractors, suppliers, and partners to adhere to the same standards within their respective operations.


5. Fair Treatment & Non-Discrimination


Six Rows Global Corp. is committed to fair and respectful treatment of individuals.


Discrimination or harassment based on protected characteristics—including but not limited to race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, age, disability, or other status protected by law—is not tolerated in connection with Six Rows’ activities.

6. Safe & Respectful Working Conditions


Where Six Rows engages individuals or supports program execution involving field activity, the Company seeks to promote:

  • Safe working environments appropriate to the operational context
  • Respectful treatment of individuals involved in program delivery
  • Compliance with applicable health, safety, and labor laws

Six Rows recognizes that operating environments may vary and works within applicable legal and institutional frameworks.


7. Freedom of Association


Six Rows Global Corp. respects lawful freedom of association and collective bargaining rights in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where activities occur.


8. Responsible Partner & Supplier Expectations


Six Rows expects contractors, suppliers, and partners to:

  • Comply with applicable labor and human rights laws
  • Avoid practices involving forced labor, child labor, or human exploitation
  • Conduct their operations ethically and responsibly

Where appropriate and feasible, human rights considerations may be incorporated into engagement evaluations and contractual arrangements.


9. Risk Awareness & Due Diligence


Six Rows Global Corp. recognizes that operations in complex or conflict-adjacent environments may present elevated human rights risks.


The Company applies a risk-aware approach by:

Maintaining awareness of operating environment sensitivities

Structuring engagements to avoid direct involvement in abusive practices

Responding appropriately if credible concerns are identified


10. Reporting & Accountability


Concerns related to human rights or labor standards in connection with Six Rows’ activities may be raised through appropriate channels.


Six Rows commits to reviewing concerns in good faith and addressing them where appropriate, consistent with contractual obligations and applicable laws.


11. Continuous Improvement


Six Rows Global Corp. reviews its approach to human rights and labor standards periodically to ensure alignment with evolving legal, institutional, and ethical expectations.
